Refund Policy

Dragon Maiden accepts eligible returns in accordance with the conditions below. Each piece must be returned with care so that its structure, surface, and packaging remain intact.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging included. Items showing marks, scent, damage, or signs of wear may not be accepted.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, write to global@thedragonmaiden.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Timing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Exclusions

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
