We want every Dragon Maiden piece to fit your life and your body exactly as intended. If it does not, we will make it right.

Shipping

Dragon Maiden ships worldwide. Orders are processed within two business days of confirmation.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by the destination country. Dragon Maiden is not responsible for these charges.

A tracking number is issued by email once your order leaves the atelier. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed garments in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned within thirty days of delivery. Please write to global@thedragonmaiden.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will respond within two business days with return instructions.

Items marked as Final Sale, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt, are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary size exchanges on all full-price pieces, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning your garment, and we will reserve the correct size for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

International Returns

Customers returning from outside the country of original dispatch are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

Faulty or Incorrect Pieces

If a piece arrives faulty or incorrect, write to global@thedragonmaiden.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a complimentary return and replacement.

A Note on Sizing

If you are uncertain about sizing or fit before you order, we are glad to help. Write to global@thedragonmaiden.com before you purchase, with your bust, waist, hip, and height measurements. We will recommend a size within two business days.
