アクセシビリティ
Last updated: 2026
Dragon Maiden is committed to providing a website experience that is clear, usable, and accessible to as many visitors as possible. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing discipline, not a one-time adjustment.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to make the Site usable for customers with diverse access needs, devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and browsing conditions. Our goal is a calm, legible, and navigable experience consistent with the restraint of the house.
As the Site evolves, we continue to review typography, contrast, keyboard access, form labels, navigation order, focus states, image descriptions, responsive behavior, and checkout clarity.
2. Design Principles
Dragon Maiden's interface should be quiet without becoming obscure. We aim for readable spacing, predictable navigation, visible actions, clear product information, and page structures that can be understood without relying only on visual decoration.
Where possible, we avoid unnecessary motion and excessive visual noise. When motion or interactive elements are used, they should support comprehension rather than interrupt it.
3. Assistive Technology
We work toward compatibility with current browsers, screen readers, keyboard navigation, and mobile accessibility features. Because technologies vary, some experiences may differ by device, browser, operating system, or user setting.
If you encounter difficulty using a screen reader, keyboard, zoom, contrast setting, translation tool, or other assistive technology on the Site, we welcome specific feedback so the issue can be reviewed.
4. Product And Order Assistance
If any product information, size guidance, checkout step, account function, or policy page is difficult to access, please contact us. We can provide support by email and help with sizing, product details, order status, returns, or garment care information.
For urgent order assistance, include your order number, the email used at checkout, the page URL, and a short description of the issue.
5. Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility improvements may be made over time as the collection, content, technical stack, and customer needs evolve. We may update pages, templates, forms, product information, and support materials when issues are identified.
We cannot guarantee that every third-party service, payment provider, embedded tool, browser extension, translation layer, or external website linked from the Site will meet the same accessibility standards, but we will consider accessibility when choosing and configuring tools.
6. Feedback
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Site, please write to global@thedragonmaiden.com. Include the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if applicable, and a brief description of what happened.
We read accessibility messages carefully and will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
